Faulty, wrongly labelled or damaged Items
If the product is not performing as expected, please first check our candle burning and trimming procedures or Our Tips on use of Diffusers.
If an item(s) is faulty, wrongly described or damaged when you received your order, please accept our sincere apologies. Please contact us by email email@example.com or phone us on 07736 307664 , stating your order number and reason for return. When returning your product, you will be offered one of the following 2 options, depending on the circumstances of your return:
- A full refund (including all postage costs). You’ll receive your refund within 7-10 working days after we have received the item
- A replacement of the same item (depending on our stock levels)
If you have had the item(s) more than 30 days, please contact our Customer Services team by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 07736 307664 Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am -4:00pm.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or poorly described.
